Massage & Craniosacral Therapy in Woodville Gardens

Depending on your preferences and what we discuss together, your session may involve more focused remedial massage, slower relaxation massage, gentle craniosacral therapy, or an integrated combination of approaches.

No two sessions are exactly the same.

I bring together what you share with me and what I notice through touch.
Blending information, experience, skills, and intuition to support your body in a way that feels both responsive and intentional.

We begin with a conversation, where you share what you’re experiencing, what you’re hoping for, and how you’ve been feeling in your body.

From there, I listen through touch and work intuitively, allowing your body to guide where the session goes.

My Services

Craniosacral Therapy

A gentle, quiet approach using light touch. When arranged as a craniosacral therapy (CST) only session, you remain fully clothed.

Relaxation Massage

A slower, flowing approach designed to help you unwind, with deeper techniques incorporated where appropriate.

Remedial Massage

More focused massage using moderate to firm pressure and techniques such as myofascial work or trigger point techniques where appropriate.

My approach incorporates skills with intuition.

What you tell me matters. I merge your sharing with the information I’m receiving from your body and it shapes the direction of the session.

This means:

Some sessions may involve more focused, therapeutic massage

Others may be slower, quieter, and more centred around gentle bodywork

There’s no expectation for your body to respond in a certain way. If it does respond well, it’ll be a surprise. The ideal is you feeling better and more relaxed from your session. I simply work with what is present on the day.

After our chat, we may move through a few simple movements so I can observe where your body might be holding more tension.

You’ll then be invited to undress to your level of comfort in a private, safe space and settle onto the massage table.
If you’re receiving craniosacral therapy, you’ll remain fully clothed on the table.

Sessions are calm and mostly quiet, with soft background music.

I’ll place my hands on different areas of your body (i.e. your head, shoulders, sacrum, feet, etc) listening for subtle responses and support your body to relax and release.

Where appropriate, I may incorporate deeper pressure, myofascial releases, or trigger point techniques to further support your body. We’ll check in with your comfort.

If your session is focused purely on craniosacral therapy during your session, the touch you receive will remain light throughout.

CST may suit you if you are seeking a gentle, nervous-system-focused experience, or you’d prefer a lighter touch, or want support relaxing at a deeper level.

It is complementary to massage and can be especially helpful for managing stress and tension, or anyone curious about experiencing a mindful approach to wellbeing.
