How a Session Goes
After a short conversation about how you’re feeling and what you’re hoping for, you’ll be invited to undress to your underwear in a private, safe space and settle onto the massage table.
You’ll experience long, flowing strokes and gentle, soothing movements designed to help your body gradually soften and unwind.
At times, I may pause and apply deeper, focused pressure to areas that are holding more tension, always working within your comfort.
Our session is usually quiet, allowing you to fully relax, though open communication is always welcome so the pressure and pace feel just right for you.
