My Path Into This Work
My interest in bodywork began long before formal training – through a natural curiosity about how things work and how touch can bring ease.
What started as a love for cuddling fluffy, furry dogs to simple shoulder rubs for family gradually grew into a deeper appreciation for the body’s need for rest, gentleness, and attentive care.
I have completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage, with additional training in light-touch Ingham reflexology, Reiki 2, and an ongoing interest in craniosacral therapy.
I continue to learn and refine my approach, valuing thoughtful practice over quick fixes.
This work suits me because it is both practical and human – grounded in skill, but shaped by presence.
I believe that good bodywork begins with safety, presence, and respect.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and guided by your body – allowing your body time to soften and calm.
I work slowly and attentively listening to what the body communicates rather than forcing change. Each session is shaped around comfort, consent, and care.

More About Myself
If you’re still here and curious to know a little more about me, I’d say I’m something of a generalist- a Jane of a few things, still growing into mastery.
Professionally, my path has been varied and guided by the heart. I’ve waited tables, groomed beloved four-legged (and sometimes three-legged) companions, and supported animal shelters and op-shops along the way. As an ex-occupational therapist, I’ve worked closely with older adults in residential care, including accompanying someone at the end of their life- an experience I hold with deep care and respect.
Alongside this, I research and present US-based company case studies using value-investing frameworks for educational purposes. At the core of it all, I remain a student- continually learning as a self-employed practitioner, offering gentle healing first to myself, and then to those who resonate with what I share.
