Integrated Bodywork with Craniosacral & Massage Therapy

Each session is guided by what your body needs in the moment
No two sessions are exactly the same.
I draw upon a blend of remedial massage, relaxation techniques, and craniosacral therapy to support your body in a way that feels both responsive and intention.
We being with a conversation, where you share what you’re experiencing, what you’re hoping for, and how you’ve been feeling in your body.
I work intuitively, listening through touch and allowing your body to guide where the session goes.
How I Work
My approach incorporates skills with intuition.
What you tell me matters. I merge your sharing with the information I’m receiving from your body and it shapes the direction of the session.
This means:
Some sessions may involve more focused, therapeutic massage
Others may be slower, quieter, and more centred around gentle bodywork
There’s no expectation for your body to respond in a certain way. If it does respond well, it’ll be a surprise. The ideal is you feeling better and more relaxed from your session. I simply work with what is present on the day.
Details of How a Session Flows
After our chat, we may move through a few simple movements so I can observe where your body might be holding more tension.
You’ll then be invited to undress to your level of comfort in a private, safe space and settle onto the massage table.
If you’re receiving craniosacral therapy, you’ll remain fully clothed on the table.
Sessions are calm and mostly quiet, with soft background music.
I’ll place my hands on different areas of your body (i.e. your head, shoulders, sacrum, feet, etc) listening for subtle responses and support your body to relax and release.
Where appropriate, I may incorporate deeper pressure, myofascial releases, or trigger point techniques to further support your body. We’ll check in with your comfort.
If your session is focused purely on craniosacral therapy during your session, the touch you receive will remain light throughout.
